Twitter Content Missing
I am finding a lot of tweets from Twitter search that are not appearing in ScoutLabs. Why is this? Do you have all of twitter or only a subset?

The Twitter results in our app make direct use of the Twitter API. In order to comply with their limit of 150 queries/hour, we cache the Twitter results every hour. This means you'll see Twitter results refresh once per hour.
If you have a search with lots of Twitter results (e.g. Michael Jackson), you may see a difference between what's on Twitter (which is now) and what's in the app (which is 0 to 60 minutes old).

I think I understand. So I cannot get tweets that happened a few weeks ago if there are a high number of results, correct? -
Inappropriate?John, Lots of talk about this lately. And yes, you are correct. If there are a high # of results then you may only be able to go back about a week. This problem is currently being brought to Twitters attention as we were told by them that we could go back 4 months. We think that the API call limitation is the cause of this discrepancy and will let you know as soon as we work it out with Twitter.
