seesmic vs. firewall? (maybe)
is there some special setting on a windowsXP box to record in seesmic while behind a work firewall? i can record on seesmic.com on my macbookPro, but not my work machine, and it's on the same network. (both are connected to the work network using an ethernet switch) i've tried two different cameras on my work computer and both will record, but then won't give me a preview and won't save the video. (the status bar hangs on "transferring data from *.seesmic.com")
i wonder if this is a setting on my windows computer that i can change? (but i honestly don't know enough about windows machines.... ugh!) i'm assuming that this has to do with the connection, since it will record the video fine.. but then just not post it.
any ideas of what could be happening?

Inappropriate?update: while i can't turn "off" the firewall on my computer here at work.. i am allowed to put in "exceptions" in the settings. so i made an "exception" of firefox, and i still get the same issue. is there a particular port that i should add? or is there another place for settings for a firewall?
again, this isn't a huge issue, but it would be nice to be able to seesmic from my work 'puter :-) thx.
I’m eating chocolate.
