What happened to twhirl's customer support?

Ever since twhirl was acquired by Seesmic, support has dropped off incredibly. Whereas before the acquisition, it seemed there was always someone manning the @twhirl account on Twitter, now I have yet to see a message from the account in weeks, despite many messages sent that way via the @reply system.

Now, with the new problems in following, blocking, favoriting, etc., there hasn't been a peep out of anyone involved with Seesmic or twhirl at all. Can we users get back some of our support?
