Can I order the page links in my topnav and footer?

I'm using the 'Professional Website' template set. Is there a way to change the order of the items in my topnav and footer? I have added some pages and given them the @topnav and @footer tags. They now appear in the topnav and footer, but not in the order I would like. Is there a way to influence their order?
