MTEntryAuthor and MTAuthorNickname
<$MTEntryAuthor$> and <$MTEntryAuthorNickname$> both seem to use the nickname from user's profile.
Is there some way to have both: one "Stowe Boyd" and the other "stoweboyd"? Or is there a way to get the user's login name?
