I was trying to order prints last night, and as I was just at the end of completing my order, I was prompted but a screen telling me that three of the 925 prints I had chosen could not be completed. I chose to remove them from my cart, and I was directed back to the original screen to review the contents of my order. I had previously purchases about 1300 pre-paid 4x6 prints. However when I was returned to my cart, all of the pictures that I had been trying to order, aside from three three problematic ones, were still there but the 925 print credits had been deducted from my account. There is no order for the prints I had wanted to purchase, but my credit card has been charged for the shipping as well. There was absolutely no way to explain this through the Snapfish customer service page because of the length limit on the messages. Can someone please explain how I go about getting the order sent to me without being charged again and how do I get those print credits resorved and applied to my order? HELP!
