Recently active topics in Snapfish tagged with customer service telephone number

I want to see if I can upgrade my shipping to 2 day instead of standard becuase the website didn't explicitly state when it would arrive BEFORE i hit the submit button.

I used a 'RUSH30' code but since I was ordering on Dec. 18 12:30 a.m. it was still Dec. 17 wherever they take the orders and my shipping wasn't upgraded as the coupon states. All i want is to pay for expedited shipping or to call someone and find out if I can get it done for 'free'.

I can't find a number ANYWHERE for Snapfish customer service and I'm so frustrated I'm going to switch to someone else easier to contact.

I ordered a photo book from snapfish on 11/18 and it still says "printed" on my account and has said that for a while. I know people who ordered books after me and they have already received them!!!I can't get a response from customer service (I've emailed them twice) and there are NO phone numbers listed on their website! Horrible customer service! Does anyone know how I can get this resolved?!

Having problems all week with getting on snapfish. I can get to the home page and then when I click on anything else I get an error message. Twice I have reported this. On the error page there is a spot to click to go back to photos and it doesn't work.
