Why can't I check out????

I can't get to checkout on the snapfish website. I can get to my cart, but EVERY SINGLE TIME i click "check out" the site freezes up and stops responding. I have been having this problem for well over a week. Its not the PC that I'm using because I've tried from at least 4 different locations. All i want to do is order my pictures...is there some secret to this that I'm just not aware of??
