Cancel my order!

We recently placed an order for about 170+ photos from Snapfish. When logging on to check the status of the order, we noticed that the prints were more expensive than we had thought. So my wife called Snapfish's customer support line to see what was wrong. After talking it over with the rep, we were told that there was a technical problem with our order and it hasn't even been processed. The Indian rep apologized left and right but told us that she couldn't do anything except forward the order to some technical department to figure out exactly what was wrong and we wouldn't even hear back from the technical dept for almost 4 days! That's completely unacceptable.

After my wife hung up, I called back to cancel the order. I got another Indian rep who could do nothing but apologize. He told me that some of the pictures we uploaded were corrupted and the entire order would not be processed at all. I asked him to fully cancel the order just to make sure. He said that he couldn't cancel the order, but the order wouldn't process which, he said, means our credit card would not be charged. Without confirmation that the order has been canceled, I have no way of knowing if the "technical problems" might one day be fixed and my order will be processed at that time. If the order will not process, why the hell can't it be canceled out of the system so that I don't have to worry about getting a $43 charge on my card at some random point in the future?

I just logged on to my Snapfish account again and the order is still listed as "in process". I don't want this order from Snapfish anymore. I don't want to have to wait another week for some tech to get back to me just to tell me to reupload the photos to a new album. I just want to cancel the entire order, but there seems to only be contact information for the Indian call center where the reps have absolutely no power to do anything but apologize.

How do I cancel the entire order?
