Error, "our voice player could not load. Please make sure your HTML codes are correct." showing in the widget creation wizard.

I'm having the same problem that others seem to be. I just recently created an account and was trying to create a widget for use on another site. In the widget creation wizard, the preview shows the error "Your voice player could not load. Please make sure your HTML codes are correct." I've tried in a number of browsers and I've verified that a friend's voice player is working correctly for me, so it's not Flash, or a bad configuration on my computer, it's something about my profile. Any help?

Voice Recorder box states incorrect htlm code .
Tried to remove and re-copy and paste
different types of htlm code from 7 new choices of skins.
But it still didn't work.

I have many different online accounts that I use daily, snapvine is not one of them. There are certain people that I try not to have any contact with at all in my life. Many of those people have been able to reach me through this account. I have been trying to delete my account but I do not know how. There isn't even an icon to delete an account or even hint how to do it.

Snapvine - Flash 10,0,12,36 error

Greetings. I am finding a problem with your widget. I upgraded my flash player to version 10,0,12,36 installed and use windows xp. When I go to webpage’s with a Snapvine player widget I see an error message where the player should be. Eg http://www.stickam.com/zen_live The message says “Sorry, the Snapvine VoicePlayer only works on Flash 8 or later and on Windows or Mac.”

I have what it says but does not display the voice player. I have also noticed this same issue with other websites on the internet besides the example provided above.

I am so confused. It keeps saying user not found, but i'm using the link directly from my email. I couldn't have typed it in wrong if i have emails from snapvine in my inbox. It's the right email address and i use the same password for everything. I don't understand why it says user not found...how can it not be found if i'm connecting from the link from a snapvine email?
