URGENT - Why has no-one answered my emails with answers as to why a woman on snapvine defamed our mothers character and has continued to bully and attack her resluting in our mum now in hospital after taking an overdose of medication yesterday. Our family is shocked, and horrified that this can happen with no intervention. This is extremely serious and we are doing everything we can to get all the details. My sister has already sent you people two emails and the lack of response or assistance of any kind is worse than disgracefull. I am so confused. It keeps saying user not found, but i'm using the link directly from my email. I couldn't have typed it in wrong if i have emails from snapvine in my inbox. It's the right email address and i use the same password for everything. I don't understand why it says user not found...how can it not be found if i'm connecting from the link from a snapvine email?
