URGENT - Why has no-one answered my emails with answers as to why a woman on snapvine defamed our mothers character and has continued to bully and attack her resluting in our mum now in hospital after taking an overdose of medication yesterday. Our family is shocked, and horrified that this can happen with no intervention. This is extremely serious and we are doing everything we can to get all the details. My sister has already sent you people two emails and the lack of response or assistance of any kind is worse than disgracefull. I tried to validate my phone twice but when i call the number and enter the temporary code, it does not enter. they say "the code i have entered does not exist".
this is not true because i enter exactly the same code as what appears on the screen??

all the comments are just HTML and a web address going to some site. and the site says "account closed". is there any way to stop this?
Voice Recorder box states incorrect htlm code
doesn't display pic of box on page.
Tried to remove and re-copy and paste
different types of htlm code from 2 new choices of skins.
But it still didn't work.
when i record a blog and then it tells me it's saved it never shows up in my account. after i press one it says thank you your vooice blog has been saved. but when i go to my account to see it and share it's not there. this has happened twice.
Hello everybody -- I was wondering if it is possible to download a voice message on the recorder of snapvine
For example ---I have recorded a message in advance and have it as a Mp3 file on my hard disk -- can I download this message to the recorder of snapvine ?
it would be a great help -- beside then we don't need a pause button any more !!
I am so confused. It keeps saying user not found, but i'm using the link directly from my email. I couldn't have typed it in wrong if i have emails from snapvine in my inbox. It's the right email address and i use the same password for everything. I don't understand why it says user not found...how can it not be found if i'm connecting from the link from a snapvine email?
I've implemented your API on my site, but after I record a voice and clicks on Save, the widget just seems to hang. Then I get an error. When I load the photo again, my recording is there. What's going on?

Accessing my user's page, I cant play any intros or voice comments left to me. When I went to someone's voice blog and clicked on a voice blog topic, I could play it with that version of a flash voice player.
