when i clk on the play button to listen...it just move round and round...
i cannot hear any message...
today i tried calling me and left message...its showing the message came but when i clked i couldnt hear..
pls help me....

Inappropriate?This could be one of 2 problems.
1- If you are using Safari as your web browser you may need to try using Firefox or Internet Explorer. Currently, Snapvine does not support Safari.

sorry...i dont use safari..i use internet explr and Avant..2 yr ago i have no prpob...not who ever calls me..leave me mess i cannot hear...
even its bothering me in jaxtr...tired og asking help... -

when ppl call me and give me comment...i cant hear that mess...plus now...i went to see my prfl...and clked on "Voice Comment by phone" by me...that also i cant hear.....my browser is Avant and internet Explorer 9...i hate this..its beennnnnnnnn so many months.....................

Inappropriate?I have noticed that since Firefox is also a new version, that I needed to quit Firefox, empty my history and cache, and reboot my computer. Firefox had hung on me as the newest version of Firefox occassionally quits or hangs. So restarting or rebooting Firefox helped me this morning. Hope this helps as well. The advice about reinstalling Flash Player is good, but also rebooting machine after reinstalling is a key issue as well.
I also had one very short wav comment that did not play, but when i clicked on the comment title, the player (scroll bar) loaded and the small wav comment did play.
