Can't make voice comments

I cannot leave voice comments anymore, or respond to blogs by phone. Why not? My account is www.snapvine/carlanix

  I have the same problem AND people can't leave ME voice comments...
  Here's the steps I am taking:
  
  I call the number 1(206)-777-0140 and enter the code I was given. I hear the prompt but it hangs up immediately after I enter my code!!!
  
  Therefore, I have not been able to leave any voice comments to people OR receive my voice comments. May I have some assistance please?

  I've reset your phone number validation. So log into Snapvine.com and go to "account" and then "phone numbers" and put in your number again. Then try leaving yourself a comment from that number and it should work fine. If not, can you send me a link to your voice player and i'll look into it further? Thanks!
