Inappropriate?Yes I am....Sometimes when I hit the play button on a message I received I get this error message....ErrorC0000005 occured in module Flash10c.ocx at address 0A77465A
I have uninstalled and reinstalled aol. I have uninstalled and reinstalled adoble flash player. I have also deleted the acs files, and reinstalled them, rebuilt the aol adapter, and it is still happening.

1) The internet browser and version you're using
2) What version of Flash are you using?
3) Are all of your cookies enabled? (that's one of our system requirements)
4) The URL of your Snapvine profile
5) Which comment(s) are you getting that error when you try to play them?
6) Anything else you think would be helpful for us to research with
