recording with mic option not showing up.

I'm attempting to record with my mic. But the section that gives you the option to record with phone or mic won't even load. Can you tell me what might be causing this problem. I never had it before.

  Maddie are you using Safari as your web browser? Currently Snapvine doesn't work with Safari, so you'll have to use another web browser such as Internet Explorer or Firefox. If this isn't the problem, please contact me directly at christian@snapvine.com
