Temporary Codes Not Working

Inappropriate?Hey this is Krista from Snapvine. That’s happened to me a few times too. I think it’s happening when you enter the code too quickly or before the recording finishes asking you to do so. I usually just wait a few seconds and try the 4 digit temp code again slower and it’s always worked for me (just don’t wait longer than 2 min cause that’s when the temp code expires). If that doesn’t work for your friend, have her email me with details and I’ll look into it further. My email is support-inbox@snapvine.com
