When I try to make a voice comment it says "Error, no audio present"?

Hey this is Krista from Snapvine. First, double check again to make sure your computer fits all of our system requirements:

Browsers: Internet Explorer 6 and newer, Firefox 1.5 and newer
Flash 9 or newer must be installed
All cookies must be enabled

If recording by phone, make sure to press any key when you’re done talking, then press “1” to save. Then you can hang up or in a few seconds the system will disconnect for you.

If recording by mic, watch the flashing dot as you’re going through the process. It will flash yellow when it’s ready for you to record. Then while you’re recording it will flash green saying “recording.” After you click the “stop” button, the green flashing dot will say “saving” so make sure you wait till it says “success” before proceeding.
