Why won't my comments play? There's no sound.
First, I have already sent in a comment asking for help. It would be nice if there was a link to this page before I sent the request rather than after. Second, I am having trouble getting my comments to play back to me. I hit the play button and nothing happens. I have checked all my connections and I am getting sound just fine from other sites, just not Snapvine. I tried to listen to comments at others pages too and was having the same issue there as well. Please help!

Explain in detail your problem and include the URL of your Snapvine profile. Its very hard to pinpoint what the issue is if we don't have any information about what you're doing, who you are, or what you are using. -
Inappropriate?Hi this is Sean from snapvine. Can you please do me a favor and tell me what exactly is happening when you try listening to your messages? Does the play button click and nothing plays? Or does the button not click at all? Do the messages get cut off half way? Please reply back to this post and I'll help you out ASAP! Thanks.

It turns out that the problem is not Snapvine at all. My sound card was dying and is in fact now dead, I will be getting a new one asap! The card was not completely out of commission and allowed me some sound from another site which caused the confusion. Thank you very much for responding and your willingness to resolve the issue. You guys are great!
