4 problems or wrong changes maded by Socialgo:
1o. Since you change to validation e-mails we are loosing lots of members because they don't receive our Admn. information e-mails. Now we choosed to create our own "e-mail to all members system" and we have to put all adresses in a new e-mail program, because yours just arrives to less then a half of the members.
2o. We don't understand how you gived up your first Video Chat (the first made for Socialgo Networks) without consulting all paying Networks since the begining. The Video Chat from Widget Laboratory continues with lot's of bugs, don't save the conversation and most of members say that can't connect the webcam or the microphone (so don't call it VIDEO CHAT!)
3o. One of the most important features for the Social networks as been forgotten by you: the possibility to members customise their own profile pages. All Site's pages looks the same and the members say that they became boring to look at them.
4o. You said that soon you'll had all words, sentences and letters ready for us to change the language manually, but we still have lots of things in english because this is not completed.

1) We have a solution to this to ensure all previous registered members will receive email in the next few weeks that will roll out.
2) The video chat system which we originally provided was unreliable and very poor quality. The Widget Laboratory version was supposed to be a higher quality user experience and integrated in-browser chat at the same time.
3) Your members can design their profiles using the custom design widget. Is this what you meant?
4) The internationalisation of errors and emails has been road-mapped in for 3 weeks time.
