Allow NonMembers to View Member/Event Profiles

That doesn't fix the issue. I think you're talking about the privacy for the whole page. I'm talking about the privacy specific to the Profile/Events widgets.

Any idea when this can be changed? Would it be something that could be changed under a concierge package?

I have the same need.

I would like visitors to be able to view MEMBER PROFILES without having to create and account or log in. (I am creating a training network where each member will be posting training materials on their pages and the primary audience would be non network members)

When not logged in, I try to view a member profile and I receive the following message: You must be logged-in to view this page.

I tried changing the following setting in my profile: Manage Account ... Edit Privacy Setting ... ‘I would like my profile to be viewed by everyone’ – but this didn’t work.

Is adding a setting somewhere that would allow visitors to view member profiles without logging in on the roadmap ?

Alternatively, is there a way to automatically log in vistors as a 'guest' or dummy member if they hit the main page ?

I'll add another vote for this. I could very much use public profiles, without requiring membership in the network.

Thanks - it looks like I can now view a member's profile without logging in.

It does still tell me i must be logged in to view a video on a profile though. Is there a setting somewhere i am missing to make videos public to folks who havent logged in ? This is the key piece i want people to see on a member's profile.

Anyone know if this has been added: allowing non-Members to view all profiles and events.
