Audio/video chat is not noticeable for members

It seems it is not apparent that there is audio/video chat on my network because of its appearance. Most of my network members isn’t aware that there is audio video chat. Even when I told them about it, they are asking me where is it. Can we change its appearance, putting some yellow smile or something which is common sign for chat service or making its green light little bit bigger or ... Another issue is Who IM’s video chat request link is very tiny and not noticable, not worth attention. Can you make it more noticable and solid?
