Can not reset password, not working

Step one to ask for forgotten password- put in email

Step two, we get a email to click a link to bring us to step three

Step three should say password has been sent, it does not say this, it only brings us to the sign up sheet and no password is sent.

I just tested it myself with my Verizon mail , which does not consider SG as spam.

My members can not get in who need to reset their password.
