Control over group page content

The layout manager gives some control over the Groups tab, but no control over the widgets that appears on an individual group page.

There are a lot of sections that may not all be relevant to what I might
want in a Social network. For example, I might not want to see the
Location, Events or Video sections. There doesn't appear to be any way to
prevent these sections from showing up. I can disable the Events and Video
tabs with the layout manager, but the sections still appear on the Group
page.
