Have live technical support, instead of e-mail
On the socialgo homepage there is live chats about the service socialgo are selling. I have had many problems and feel that it would be far quicker and easier if there is a live chat technical support so that prblems can be dealt quickly and easily. Moreover, we as customers would be far happier.

The reason why we currently don't offer live support is because many of the queries we receive cannot be answered 'live' within several minutes whilst you wait. Using email gives us a log of the issues you and other network owners are experiencing. It also lets us see if there are any trends in a particular issue. Therefore, we are able to develop a more effective solution.
We generally aim to reply to our support emails within 1 hour if not quicker.
