Is there any responsiblity? My support tickets aren't responsed around two weeks!!!

Is there any one from SocialGo who could be able to fix my problem? I am really surprising is there any responsiblity? My support tickets aren't responsed aroun two weeks!!! Would you be kind to response me?! My newest request is #18216! The same stuff no one replying!?
