It should depend on the number of referred members by them (by invitation),
Their Number of Login time, completed profile including pic etc....
So everyone will take care in completing profiles ad adding pic which will make community an active one

Inappropriate?come on guys please work on this on priority base. Search the net every forum is successful just because of ranking system. Every member is interested to see himself as moderator or higher rank. It not only attract but also Motivates members to contribute in website/forum/blog....
