Problem with upgrade to membership billing 2.0

I am trying to upgrade to membership billing 2.0 but no upgrade option appears on my membership billing screen. I've written to support and all they have done is send me a screen shot of what I should be seeing but am not. Very discouraged by the quality of service. Any ideas on how to fix would be appreciated. Experiencing other problems as well.
