Very often, the maximum that those type of SEO packages have to offer is to enable you to add the necessary meta-tag data to your website in order to get it noticed online, which you can already add in your SocialGO network.
It isn't possible just to 'plugin' some SEO tools and expect amazing things to happy unfortunately.
