Users not able to sign up
A person I know just tried to join my network and they said they got stuck after entering their profile information. She said she just got a blank page. I just tried to sign up a test account and I got the same result. I checked the Manage Members page and it turns out there are 3 users with Email Pending.
1) Why wasn't there a confirmation page?
2) Will this take a long time for the users to receive their email, like with the recent password reset problems?
Hope this is corrected soon--not being able to sign up members is probably a critical issue.

Inappropriate?Same for me. I got email pending and I switch them to members and they still cant log in. They say they get a blank page.

Can I ask are your networks setup with moderator approval of new members or as standard allowing all signups?
And apart from those existing 'Email pending' members, have you had subsequent successful new signups acting properly (eg, since this problem first occurred, have you had new members without this problem successfully signup)? -
Inappropriate?The signups are standard (no moderator approval). I just created a new test account and it went through fine. As for the existing Email Pending accounts--here's what I tried with one of them:
- Clicked on member name in Manage Members; blank screen
- Changed member to Member status; still blank screen
- Changed member to Banned and removed all activity; still blank screen
- Changed member to Pending; loaded the site with an error that said something like "This user hasn't set their profile"
- Logged in using my admin account and saw that I had a Member Request; granted access to member
- Member appeared in member list; tried to view profile but it comes up as a blank screen
- Went ahead and deleted the account and told the member to try again; worked with the same email and username
But there's one thing that I'm a little worried about. The account shows up in both the Member list and Deleted list on the Manage Members page. Will this cause problems? -
Inappropriate?I am not only experiencing this, but I also am experiencing problems on my own site accessing anyone's profile page. I tried a Ctrl+F5 however was unsuccessfull. I also tried to join another site and upon entering my profile info and attempting to change my profile picture, the same result occurred

Inappropriate?I originally had a moderated approval but not now. The users with login problems were after I switched the network to be open.
I didn't even know til yesterday some emailed me directly saying they couldnt log in and when I went to member admin it had a few people as email pending. I just switched them to members but they still can not login.

Inappropriate?First of all, sorry about bumping the other thread on this subject. As it was higher up the list I had assumed it was newer which was not the case.
Yeah, this is happening to me now. 2~3 days ago I signed up to a network only to be presented with a blank page. Trying to re-register tells me the e-mail is already registered, trying to login gives me a "user/password error" and recommends I reset the password. And trying to reset the password causes a message telling me the e-mail address is not registered, which contradicts what the sign-up process claimed.
As an aside, I've also tried most of the common default passwords and a null password and those are no more successful.
