There is a bug open for it here: http://bugzilla.songbirdnest.com/show... but in plain English what all that stuff says is essentially that we build on the great work of the libgpod/gtkpod community for our iPod support. Their library doesn't support the iPhone or the iPod touch yet but they're apparently working on it. We know Media Monkey has done it but MediaMonkey isn't open source so unfortunately their reverse engineering doesn't help the libgpod folks much at all.
