Inappropriate? This probably isn't something we'll build into the SHOUTcast add-on since it's pretty specific (i.e. it hasn't been a feature users generally have asked for)
It'd be pretty simple to build an extension to do what you want though if you're interested in hacking some JS on your own. I'd be happy to point you at some development resources & examples if you want to try this.

Inappropriate?Thanx for the quick response!
I just salved my problem by my self. I saved my favourite Shoutcast Radio Station via Winamp as *.M3U file (Playlist file) (Drag n' drop to the desktop). Then I configured my system to always handle M3U files with Songbird. And finally I put the "shoutcast.M3U" file in the autostart folder of my Windows an presto --> It works!
Songbird is a awesome program – continue great work!
I’m happy happy happy!

Inappropriate?I'd add a "me too"!!! I'd love this feature!!
How about a 'Startup Folder' in Songbird, just drag'n'drop anything in there and it will auto-start when Songbird starts?
Or maybe the equivalent of a 'resume play' option, like mp3 players or car cd players?

Inappropriate?I'd like to request this as well. I'm using the Linux version, so I'm not sure if knipser79's workaround will work for me or not, but I'll try something similar and see. Would be great if you could make this easy for us all, however!
