Inappropriate?I have two sites on Squarespace. Both have been down for five days now. Sent a support request via Contacts link on squarespace.com, but haven't heard a peep out of them.

Inappropriate?This worked for me: I changed my DNS A record to point to:
65.39.205.54
Evidently this is the new address for pointing "custom" (external) domains. We were supposed to have been notified about the change from the old IP address, but I haven't received any emails from Squarespace at all.
The other thing to check: do you have a script in your header which loads content from another site? If so, it could be that which is preventing your site from loading.
