Inappropriate?Unfortunately I have had this same exact problem. Some how the backups I made weeks ago DO WORK, but more recent backups do NOT backup the StudentDocket data! This is extremely frustrating. The backup process is very broken and NEEDS to be fixed. For $20, I cannot risk such important information. I have contacted support and I hope there is a solution in the works.

Inappropriate?I'm having the same issue, I just upgraded my Storm to 5.0, and have not been able to restore my data from the backup I made before updating. Is there any way to get all my classes/assignments back?

Inappropriate?Glad to see the developers are on top of this...

Inappropriate?I don't know if this will help at all (are the developers even reading this?), but I may have sort of figured out the problem. Last week my Tour bricked for reasons unrelated to SD. Thankfully I had made a backup over the weekend. Fully expecting the SD data to be excluded as usual, I restored my device. However, when I go to advanced backup (where you can manually handpick which pieces of data to restore), I noticed the StudentDocket data was there, but grayed out, meaning the data is READ-ONLY, and cannot be restored to your device.
HOWEVER, after a few reboots and back and forth in the menus of Desktop Manager, I retried the advanced data backup, and NOW THE STUDENTDOCKET DATA WAS ABLE TO TRANSFER OVER TO THE DEVICE! Why is this so inconsistent? I hope this helps.
