I just finished reading http://www.talkshoe.com/blog/index.ph... and am really appreciative of all the hard work you guys put in to the system.

I wanted to say this here because it's the place that most folks (myself included) have to report issues and ask questions. Your team has a very good attitude when it comes to customer service and dealing with us.

Again, thank you for providing not only a great product but also supporting and upgrading it so well!
