Edit: TapTap Domination wont even Load Now, Stays on the loading screen while playing the song

Whoa! Perhaps a re-download of TTR3 will help? Or restarting your iDevice?

This is a low memory problem.

Ideally you would buy the application called Free Memory, but apple removed it from the app store (I have like the last copy muhahahahahah xD), so you can try restarting and hard restarting (Hard Restart will be hold power and home button for 15-30 seconds until it shuts off)

You cna try it may or may not work..... if not try formatting the device.
