Yes, Tapulous is aware of this, and several other people have reported this as well. There should be a future update with more avatar options, skin color changing, etc. This problem should also be fixed then. :-)

Tapulous purposely put no women's clothing in TTR3.

Why? In Tapulous' perspective, it is a men only world.
Back in the good ol' days, they didn't believe that women existed during those days.
