I know it's quite some time ago that this question was asked. In the meantime, Tibbo has changed its LinkServer in such a way that using these functions is no longer necessary. The newer AggreGate versions (from end of August upwards) support this.
This means it's now possible to implement option 4 of AggreGating Your Devices: (4) Designing A New Device Using The AggreGate Communications Protocol.
