Where did 'dark' Blue go?????

I've been wanting to build a bag now for about a year. I finally got a bag in a box as a gift. I went on-line and started the process, only to find that 'navy' or 'dark' blue is no longer a color. It's still offered on the ready made bags, but not as part of a build your own. Any idea what happened? Will it be coming back?
