browser freezes and mic/speakers dont work?? Read all posts but havent found one that works..pls help

My browser freezes whenever i try to use tokbox, i have chrome but recently switched to firefox. It worked a little for firefox but then my browser crashed...I have the updated adobe flash player and have cleared the cache several times. Also when i do the video to work, i can't hear anything and others cant hear me but iv checked all the drives for my mic and speakers and they work fine, they work normally when i record videos on my laptop, pls help? i have a lenovo ideapad
