Conversation delays?

Does anyone else use TokBox? For me, it works great 75% of the time, but 15-20 second delays kills conversations the other 25%. Thoughts?

Inappropriate?Yep. Same problem. I use Skpe and the audio and video are fine. No delay's on either. When I use TokBox, the delays are soooooooooo bad that I could scream. I am hoping this is just a problem with their software and that it will improve as time goes on. I recommended TokBox to 30 of my business associates this weekend and now I regret that I did so before checking out the service fully. Just hope it does not ruin my "early adopter" rep :-)
I’m sad

Inappropriate?Hi Toney,
A number of factors at play here, such as:
1. Your internet connection speed quality (see how you can check: http://tinyurl.com/cpt97f).
2. The internet connection quality of the other person(s) in the call.
3. Other applications being utilized at the same time (streaming music, video, etc.). If you're not using the applications when you're doing a call, then we highly recommend closing them down.
4. Parties in the call not working on a recent version of Flash (link to upgrade: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/). Working on the most recent version will generally maximize performance for all parties.
And, of course, there could be a temporary issue on our end. Tokbox doesn't use computers as nodes to connect calls, so there will be some difference to how we connect calls.
