Does anyone else use TokBox? For me, it works great 75% of the time, but 15-20 second delays kills conversations the other 25%. Thoughts?

Inappropriate?I am still having the same issues with TokBox at about the same consistency. It seems to be very random when the problems occur. I wonder if the system is just very busy at those times/a scalability issue.
I’m slightly irritated, part of the time.

There's a number of issues at play here (we're also adding servers for additional capacity)...
1. Internet connection you're on & the traffic patterns they may have at that time.
2. The connection of the party you're talking to.
3. There will be times when our site is busier than normal (being addressed by adding servers).
I can assure you that this will get better from our end. Just keep in mind that there are other factors at play as well.
