GTalk disconnects constantly and Yahoo will not connect at all. I am not logged in on any other IM at the same time.

Are you behind a firewall or using any anti-virus software that could be affecting connectivity? -
Inappropriate?I have McAfee Security Center which has both anti-virus and firewall. I have no problems with any of the stand alone messengers.

Inappropriate?Hmmm...I am using McAfee as well & don't have the same issues. Does the firewall have any restrictions? What about Wi-fi? Wi-fi is definitely less stable than a wired connection.

OK, that I understand. I do think your API will allow me to do what I want to do for its members. Simply put the same use your product is on Facebook is the same I require for my social network.
Question? I see compete showing that your site does not pass over 200,000 per month in uniques. Is this an indication of your actual user base/active users?

I can't discuss specific user numbers, unfortunately. The honest answer is that Compete doesn't capture all traffic through their methods, and I also believe that Compete largely focuses on USA traffic for their stats. -
