This error message occurs if:
a) you're signing in with an incorrect email
b) you're signing in with the wrong password (passwords are case-sensitive)

Inappropriate?Damon, this was helpful but what if I changed the email address in the profiles settings for my email. I changed this, tried to login with new email address - could not .. So, I mistakenly created another account using 1st email - but quickly found out it was not the same - so deactivated acct.
What am i to do? I have no success in recovering password for the email I changed in the profile settings.
Any help?
