MAc to PC video chat

I was able to have audio on both party's but video only worked on their end. I could see myself but couldn't see them. Me MAC other Party PC

Hi,

This would be an issue with the other party not having their cam detected properly (you mentioned not being able to see them).

Steps for the other party to take:

1. Upgrade to a recent version of Flash here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
2. Login to the site & then go to cam/mic settings to detect your cam and mic(left sidebar); this can also be done using the 'Settings'
button in the call window.

Note: They will need to check to see if their camera drivers require an update if the above steps don't work. Please
