Still not a sound!

Hi, sorry to hear you're having trouble. It sounds like no one in your conference can hear audio, is that correct? Some things to try:

- On the left side of the tokbox.com page you'll find a "Cam/Mic Settings" link. Please click that and make sure that the mic is working and that you can hear the sound we play on the next page.

- If that works, are you able to hear each other in a one-to-one call? Not sure why group vs one-to-one would matter but this could be helpful to us if there's a bug in our code.

- You can also right-click anywhere on tokbox.com and choose Settings. This will bring up a small Adobe Flash settings dialog. The 4th tab at the bottom controls the mic sensitivity, you can try to adjust that up some until it responds when you speak. I wouldn't put it past about 2/3 to 3/4 of the way, though, unless you're a very quiet speaker in a very quiet place.

If that doesn't work, please also let us know what type of computer and cam/mic you use, and whether the participants in your call are all very far away from each other (like in different countries) or reasonably close by.
