Why do I have an error connecting to my AOL AIM contacts?
Several possible issues can come into play:
1. If you're adding your contacts from AOL AIM as new, please make sure you're using the same user name and password you use at AOL AIM (using the 'Find Friends' link).
2. If you changed your user name or password at AOL AIM, please re-enter the credentials with the 'Find Friends' link.
3. It may be a temporary issue on our end. Please wait a few hours and try again.
