After Adjust update, PS CS3 crashes whenever I try to open a file. Second go around with this. :(
After I installed the Adjust update v3, every time I open PS, then try to open a file, it crashes. I'm on a Mac, running v10.5.7. This exact same thing happened with the last update, too. Eric helped me with the problem that time, and everything seemed to work fine until this update. What gives?

Hi Jen,
Are you running Photoshop in Rosetta?
Topaz products only work natively and are not supported by Rosetta. To check, go to Applications/Adobe Photoshop CSx and Get Info on the Photoshop CSx application. Make sure the Open in Rosetta icon is unchecked.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Best,
Ashley

Inappropriate?Hi Jen,
Do you have any older versions of Adjust still on your machine? If so, please uninstall them and see if the crashes continue.
Best,
Ashley

Inappropriate? No i do not. I trashed all the previous versions.

Inappropriate?Jen, sorry for the inconvenience. Could you try this:
1. Go to Control Panel -> System -> Advanced System Settings and click the Advanced Tab. Near the bottom click on Environment Variables.
2. In the User Variables in the top, click on "New..."
3. Enter exactly "TLTRACE" (all caps) as the Variable Name, and "1" as the Variable Value.
4. Go back into Photoshop and make Topaz Adjust crash it again. Don't do anything else in Photoshop.
5. Go to Documents. Take the file "tltrace.txt" and attach it to an email to albert[at]topazlabs.com. This will help us find the problem.
Please include the issue that you are having and what type of computer you are using.
Thanks so much. I'll get back to you after we solve it.
Best regards,
Ashley
