Topaz Detail Not Feeling Well
Hi there,
Just bought and installed Detail in Photoshop CS3. I see Topaz Detail... in my Filters/Topaz Labs menu, but when I click on it, a window pops up and says "Topaz Plugin Pre-processing", the window closes and that's it! Nothing happens after that. No place to enter my reg. key....nothing.
Can you help?

It may be that the window is just behind Photoshop. You may want to try clicking around Photoshop and re-clicking on the window. It should pop up after some clicking here and there around different windows.

I've tried looking everywhere...behind photoshop CS3, under it, left of it, right of it, over it, closed windows, dragged windows, minimized windows, uninstalled, re-installed, waited, waited more and trust me, it's NOT there! Why would Detail not just pop up in the foreground like your other programs do? Doesn't it seem that having to search for the window to make my adjustments is counter productive to having a smooth and efficient workflow? As I mentioned to Eric, I see others here that are having the same problem, so I know it's not something that I'm doing wrong.
I know this is not working properly, since I haven't even had the chance to view the interface to enter my reg. code and validate my copy!
Please have your tech team research this.
