Why can't I grab a frame from MP4 videos?
I just downloaded Topaz Moment to be able to grab a frame from my videos, but it does not recognize MP4 files. Under player option I check for all files, but it does not work either.

If you can play it in Windows Media player, you should be able to play it in Topaz Moment. It's possible that you don't have a required codec. Try the k-lite codec pack on free-codecs.net.
